1) Professeurs de français

Nous recherchons actuellement un professeur disponible à temps complet à partir du 18 avril 2016

De langue maternelle française, vous êtes diplômé(e) en FLE (maîtrise FLE de préférence) et pouvez justifier d'une expérience réussie d'un an minimum dans ce domaine. Vous avez les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires pour enseigner le français général et sur objectifs spécifiques auprès de publics adultes exigeants. Outre vos qualités pédagogiques, vous ferez preuve d'enthousiasme, de créativité et d'un excellent esprit d'équipe. Une bonne connaissance de l'Angleterre et du public britannique et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais sont souhaitables. Références professionnelles et lettre de motivation manuscrite exigées. Contrat soumis au droit anglais et salaire brut horaire variable.

2) Bespoke Course Administrator

A knowledge of written and spoken French, perhaps a recent graduate in French, is desirable..

There would be on the job training in

  • Managing tutor timetables to ensure an even spread of teaching hours
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries from current and prospective students
  • Raising invoices for private tuition and translation services
  • Working with business customers to manage teaching groups
  • Monitoring and renewing contracts with customers
  • Assisting students rearrange booked lessons
  • Managing a large number of teaching contracts ensuring invoices are paid and renewed on time
  • Maintaining electronic and physical records relating to teaching contract

Candidates will need to be organised and able to take  decisions quickly, cope with several tasks on the go, and enjoy working in a busy environment. They should also have basic PC literacy and be at least familiar with Microsoft Office.

3) Course Administrator

We are looking for someone to join our course administration team (part-time - hours negotiable). You will deal with members of the public, face to face, by telephone and by email, giving information about courses and enrolling students, dealing with suppliers, and various ad hoc tasks.

  • English speaker (some knowledge of French would be appreciated)
  • Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience dealing with the public, face to face and via the telephone
  • Courteous manner: customer care skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Accurate with data entry in computerised system
  • Responsible and reliable part of a team
  • Willing to work variable shifts (depending on school’s activity)
  • Available for some evening and Saturday morning work
